Rates 
 

$175.00 for initial individual evaluation, $200.00 for initial couples evaluation
$150 per standard 50-minute session (Payment due in full at time of service)
 

Insurance 

If you plan to use your health insurance, you will be given the appropriate insurance paperwork that you can file with your insurance company for reimbursement. Mental health benefits vary. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

 

• Do I have mental health benefits?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?

• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?

• Does my insurance reimburse for seeing a therapist out-of-network?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

 

Payment 

Cash, check and major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa) accepted for payment.

 

 

Cancellation Policy 

Your session is reserved especially for you. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.​
